JUMP TO 5.0 METROLOGY!

Thanks to the integration with Metrology Gate you can build your 5.0 metrology room. Once the integration between these two software is enabled, you can check the CMM controller status, and track relevant parameters of your measuring instruments, including air-flow, air pressure and CMM consumptions. All from the TouchDMIS interface.

In addition, Metrology Gate allows you to keep track of the activity of your metrology laboratories, environmental parameters of the rooms, perform Statistical Process Control (SPC), store inspection data of the measured parts, and much more.

Here’s what you can do with Metrology Gate:

• Machine monitoring: track the activity of the measuring instruments, the statistics on its use and the errors detected
• Environmental parameters: monitor the environmental parameters of your metrology room, including labs temperature, humidity, vibration and lighting
• SPC: you can perform statistical process analysis, and check relevant statistical indicators such as CP/CPK and OEE. A range of control charts and graphs are available
• Measurement report: you can download measurement reports in PDF format
• 5.0 evaluation: a series of tools to monitor CMM energy performances (air pressure, air flow, energy meter)
