    WHAT IS THE TOUCHDMIS ACADEMY? 

    We created TouchDMIS Academy to support our users in mastering TouchDMIS, keeping them up to date, and providing continuous assistance in the use of this CMM software.

    The Academy is hosted on our CIM Solutions platform. Then, once your application is complete, we will provide you with login credentials so you can start your courses immediately.

    IS IT A LIVE TRANING? 

    No, the course in the Academy is not live. In fact, it consists of self-paced traning modules that you can access anytime, from any device.

    IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE COURSE? 

    There is no strict time limit to complete the course. However, we recommend finishing it withing a reasonable timeframe to stay up to date with the latest innovation of TouchDMIS.

    WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATION UPON COURSE COMPLETION? 

    Yes! The course includes intermediate tests. Hence, once you successfully complete all modules, you will receive an official certification release by us and our partner service, Moodle.

    IS SUPPORT AVAILABLE DURING THE COURSE? 

    Alessio, our TouchDMIS course coordinator, will oversee the traning and be available for any kind of support you may need.

    HOW MUCH DOES ACCESS TO TOUCHDMIS ACADEMY COST? 

    Access to TouchDMIS Academy is free for users with an active software maintenance contract. However, if you don’t have an active maintenance contract but you are interested in joining the Academy, simply fill out the form, and we will get in touch with you quickly.
